재니스 이언은 미국의 가수이다. 뉴욕에서 태어났다.
뉴욕의 음악미술학교 재학 중에 작곡을 시작하였다.
가스등 무대에서 〈소사이어티스 차일드를 불러 밥포케스트에 스카우트되었다. 위키백과
1975년 발표한 7번째 스튜디오 앨범 에 수록한 곡으로
