If you haven’t yet read about the scandal of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau allowing China’s communist-led military to train in winter warfare, you’ve got to be living in Chinese-occupied Tibet or inside China’s concentration camps for its Uighur Muslim minority.

캐나다 주둔 중국군은 누가 적인가 

   만약 저스틴 트뤼도 총리가 중국 공산당이 주도하는 군대가 겨울 전쟁에서 훈련을 하게 한 사건에 대해 아직 모은다면 여러분은 중국이 점령한 티벳이나 위구르 이슬람 소수민족을 위한 중국의 강제 수용소 안에서 살아야 할 것이다.

캐나다가 중국 정권과 그 군대와 보조를 맞춘다는 소식은 한 매체 의해 처음 보도되었고, 글로브와 메일에도 보도된 정부 문서를 인용하면서, 뉴스에 의해 처음 보도되었다.

이 보고서는 훈련을 중단시킨 자국의 군사 지도력을 알게 된 일반 캐나다인들이 세계 문제 및 총리와 갈등을 빚고 있다는 사실에 충격을 주었다.

온타리오의 CFB 페타와와에서 중국 인민해방군(PLA)을 초청해 추운 날씨 훈련을 받게 한 사람이 저스틴 트뤼도이었으며, 중국이 캐나다 시민 마이클 스페버와 마이클 코브씨를 납치한 후 캐나다군이 훈련을 취소했을 때 캐나다군에서는 분노했다는 것을 알고 있다.

The news of Canada cozying up with the Chinese regime and its military was first broken by Rebel News, quoting government documents released to Rebel and also carried by the Globe and Mail.

The report shocked ordinary Canadians who learned their country’s military leadership —  who put a stop to the training —  was at odds with Global Affairs and the prime minister.

For it was Justin Trudeau who had invited China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to send its troops for cold weather training at CFB Petawawa in Ontario — and when Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) cancelled the training following China’s kidnapping of Canadian citizens Michael Spavor and Michael Kovrig, we hear the prime minister ‘raged’ at the Canadian Armed Forces for doing so.

China continues to spread its influence militarily and economically throughout the Caribbean and Latin America, the head of U.S. Southern Command said Dec. 2.

   중국은 군사적으로 그리고 경제적으로 카리브해와 중남미 전역에 영향력을 계속 확산시키고 있다고 12월 2일 미군 남부사령관이 말했다.

중국이 세계의 지배적인 강국이 되도록 하는 것은 전면적인 압박이다."라고 말했다. 사우스컴 사령관인 크레이그는 브리핑에서 기자들에게 말했다.

2018년 미국 국방전략은 아시아 국가를 강력한 경쟁자로 규정했다.

"중국은 전 세계적으로 그들의 세계 질서를 재편하려 하고 있다,"라고 통합 남부사령부 사령관으로서의 책임 영역에는 많은 아메리카가 포함되어 있는 팰러는 말했다.

팰러는 중국 정부가 잠재적 해군기지에서 경제, 정치, 영향력 행사까지 영향력을 확산시키려 하고 있는 다양한 수단을 제시했다.

“I think what they're doing [in the region] matches what they're doing globally. It's a full court press to have China become the world's dominant power,” Adm. Craig. S. Faller, Southcom commander, told reporters in a briefing.

The 2018 U.S. National Defense Strategy identified the Asian nation as a great power competitor. 

“China is working for their version of the world order globally," said Faller, whose area of responsibility as head of Southcom includes much of the Americas.

Faller laid out a variety of means Beijing is trying to spread its influence, from potential naval bases to economics, politics and influence operations.

“They've come in with the same type of infrastructure deals, loans, that they have used globally to gain influence,” he said.
