Despite giving birth just two months ago, Rosamund Pike stunned in a peek-a-boo Vera Wang creation. The 35-year-old was one of the first British stars to walk the red carpet on Sunday night at the prestigious 72nd annual Golden Globes held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Sienna Miller, showed off a cropped haircut and Miu Miu gown, and Amal Clooney who pinned a 'Je suis Charlie' badge onto her chic white clutch bag in tribute to those killed in Paris last week. Kate Beckinsale looked dazzling in a pewter coloured dress with a low-cut gem bodice. Emily Blunt, Dame Helen Mirren and Keira Knightley - pregnant with her first child - were also part of the British invasion. 영화 <보이후드>가 제72회 골든글로브 시상식에서 작품상을 차지하는 등 주요 부문 3관왕에 올랐다.
11일(현지시간) 미국 로스앤젤레스 베버리힐스호텔에서 열린 시상식에서 <보이후드>는 드라마 부문 작품상과 감독상(리처드 링클레이터), 여우조연상(패트리샤 아퀘트)을 받았다.
링클레이터 감독이 연출한 <보이후드>는 한 소년의 성장 이야기를 다룬 작품으로 링클레이터 감독은 동일 인물을 대상으로 매년 15분씩 12년에 걸쳐 제작했다. 링클레이터 감독은 이 영화로 베를린국제영화제에서 감독상을 받기도 했다.
할리우드외신기자협회(HFPA)가 매년 주최하는 골든글로브상은 전통적으로 아카데미상을 점칠 수 있는 지표로 손꼽힌다. 또 아카데미가 상대적으로 홀대해 온 코미디, 뮤지컬, 애니메이션등 장르에도 부분별 수상을 통해 수상 기회를 주는 편이다.
뮤지컬·코미디 부문 작품상과 남우주연상 등 최다인 7개 부문 후보에 오른 <버드맨>은 각본상(알레한드로 곤잘레스 이냐리투)과 뮤지컬·코미디 부문 남우주연상(마이클 키튼)을 타는데 그쳤다. 드라마 부문 남우주연상은 <사랑에 대한 모든 것>에서 스티븐 호킹 역을 맡아 열연한 에디 레드메인에게 돌아갔다. 드라마 부문 여우주연상은 줄리안 무어(스틸 앨리스)가 받았다.
뮤지컬·코미디 부문 작품상은 <그랜드 부다페스트 호텔>이, 여우주연상은 <빅 아이즈>에 출연한 에이미 아담즈가 각각 수상했다. 외국어영화상은 칸 영화제에서 각본상을 받은 러시아 안드레이 즈비아긴체프 감독의 <리바이어던>에 주어졌다.
이날 평생공로상을 받은 조지 클루니는 파리 언론사 테러를 규탄하는 의미에서 검은색 턱시도에 “내가 샤를리다”(Je suis Charlie)라는 문구의 배지를 달고 시상식에 참석했다.
음악상이 요한 요한손(<사랑에 대한 모든 것>)에게 돌아가면서 이 부문에 유일하게 후보로 올랐던 <인터스텔라>는 무관에 그쳤다. 주제가상은 <셀마>의 주제곡 <글로리>에 주어졌다. - 경향신문-

There was an influx of British stars on the red carpet on Sunday night at the prestigious 72nd annual Golden Globes held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
Despite only giving birth to her second child a month ago, nominees Rosamund Pike, 35, looked incredible in a daring cut-out gown which showcased her post-baby figure, closely followed by Emily Blunt, pregnant Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller.
Rosamond is a contender for thriller Gone Girl, but it was her fashion choice that got everyone talking on the night in a dress designed by Vera Wang which had a tulle skirt section.

As she made her arrival, Rosamund explained that her newborn son was waiting for her in the hotel upstairs.
'He's right up there in a suite at the Hilton, looking down,' she said of the five-week-old, whose name she has yet to reveal. He was looking at me getting ready, he didn't cry.'
Rosamund is also set to star as the voice of Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward in upcoming animated movie, Thunderbirds Are Go!, which is slated for release later this year.
Not sure: When asked if she thought she might win, she said: ‘I would be astonished if I was up there. I'm expecting Julianne Moore to win'

Sienna Miller, who is co-hosting, wore a revealing white gown with beaded detail by Miu Miu, said: 'It's the year for Brits.I think we all look great'. She complemented fellow Brit Felicity Jones who wore a sweeping gown in turquoise by Christian Dior.
She accessorized with Tiffany jewels and said of her dress: 'I tried on a few, but this was the one.' She said of her movie, Foxcatcher, which is up for Best Motion Picture: 'It was intense, it was focused. I think that the story needed that.'
The mother-of-one also wore the Jimmy Choo Claudette sandal.

The stunning actress caught up with fellow British actor Eddie Redmayne, who arrived on the arm of his new bride Hannah Bagshawe.
While Eddie was suited and booted, Hannah opted for an olive green gown which was strapless and loosely fitting from under the bust downwards. She wore her hair down and to one side as she enjoyed her man's moment in the spotlight.
Redmayne is up for Best Actor for his acclaimed role as Stephen Hawking in The Theory Of Everything. He is up against good friend Benedict Cumberbatch for his role as Alan Turing in The Imitation Game.
Star Keira Knightley looked great in an empire line gown with a butterfly and feather motif created for her by Chanel. The outfit was completed by a diamond hairclip shaped like a feather.
