The Curb Roller Batt Screed 6000 is the world’s first battery powered roller screed, using no cords, no hoses, and produces no fumes. You may be familiar with Curb Roller already, as they have been producing differently shaped drum rollers for curb shaping for a few years now. 

Powered off of a single DeWalt FLEXVOLT 60V battery, the screed system uses a modified right angle drill to spin the tube. It’s housed in an all steel housing with an access door to easily change the battery and protect it from the elements.

Not only does the Batt Screed use a battery system you might already have on your jobsite, the width is also completely customizable, allowing for lengths between 3 feet and 22 feet.  Their heavy duty rubber screed ends allow for quick removal from 4” SCH-40 aluminum pipe that can be cut to the length your project requires.

The system comes kitted with two 12.0ah 60V batteries and, depending on the slump and pipe length, one battery should be expected to last between 1800 and 2500 square feet.  Additional features of the screed include a variable speed control trigger, a three position handle, and a patent pending stainless steel chuck with a one pin quick disconnect.
