The solar-powered Solar Impulse 2 aircraft takes off on November 13, 2014 in Payerne during a test flight with Swiss Bertrand Picard piloting. Piccard conducted one of the last test flight in Switzerland. The attempt to fly around the world in stages using only solar energy started in Abu Dhabi on March 9 and is expected to take around five months.
