Global financial markets are now in a bottoming phase, and investors should start to add risk and sell the U.S. dollar, according to Morgan Stanley.

16일 자 블룸버그통신은 모간스탠리의 전략가들이 지난 14일 제출한 보고서를 통해 "주식시장의 폭락과 신용 스프레드의 확대로 촉발된 금융여건의 긴축 양상이 미친듯이 전개됐지만, 중앙은행 등 정책당국의 부양 정책이 상황을 안정시키고 있다"며 이 같은 권고를 내놓았다고 보도했다.
