두산인프라코어가 중동 지역에서 대규모 계약을 체결하며 입지를 확대하고 있다.
두산인프라코어는 올해들어 5월까지 중동지역 건설기계 시장점유율이 13.4%로 작년 동기(6.6%) 대비 두배 이상으로 확대됐다고 14일 밝혔다.

두산인프라코어에 따르면 중동 시장에서 올해 상반기 판매가 460여대로 작년 동기대비 66% 증가했다고 말했다.
연초에 사우디 국영 석유기업 아람코의 공식 협력업체인 아라비안 머시너리에 휠로더 20대를 판매한 데 이어 사우디 건설업체들에 19∼52t급 중대형 굴착기 70여 대를 판매했다.

두산인프라코어는 국가 재건 사업이 활발하게 진행되는 이라크 시장에서도 정부와 일반 고객과 공급 계약이 잇따르고 있다고 말했다.
