안전문(PSD) 시공업체 '삼중테크', 9300만달러 규모 브라질 상파울루메트로 안전문(PSD) 수주

   국내 지하철 안전문(PSD) 시공업체인 삼중테크(대표 최종완)가 브라질 상파울루메트로가 발주한 9300만달러(총 공사금액 3억4200만 브라질헤알) 규모의 PSD 공급업체로 최종 선정됐다고 28일 밝혔다. 

삼중테크와 우리기술, 브라질의 전동차량제작업체 HUSK, 브라질 건설업체 MG가 함께한 컨소시엄사 KOBRA는 상파울루메트로 1,2,3호선 44개 역사의 승강장 안전문을 공급할 계획이다.

상파울루메트로는 작년 11월 공개입찰을 통해 유럽, 중국 등의 업체들을 심사했으며 최저가를 제출한 중국 컨소시엄사 대신 컨소시엄사 KOBRA를 시공사로 확정 발표했다. 이번 공사는 오는 2023년까지 단계적으로 시공될 예정이다． 

삼중테크 관계자는 "국내 운행중인 지하철 노선의 안전문 시설이 대부분 설치되어 새로운 시장 수요가 없는 현실에서 이번 해외 대형공사 수주는 본격 해외진출의 신호탄이 될 것"이라고 밝혔다. 

1999년 삼성중공업으로부터 분사한 삼중테크는 해외시장 개척에 주력하여 이미 동남아, 인도, 중동, 러시아 등 세계 각지에 주차설비, 공조장비를 수출해왔다.

 지난해에는 매출액 800억원 이상을 올렸으며 올해 초에는 국내 최초로 `3중 효용` 흡수식 냉온수기를 개발해 내년에 보급할 계획이다. 

특히 PSD 사업의 경우 기존의 기계설비분야에서 30년간 축적된 엔지니어링과 시공능력을 바탕으로 지난 2005년 승강장 스크린도어의 세계적 선두기업인 프랑스 훼브리(Faiveley)와 독점적 기술제휴를 통해 시장에 뛰어들었다. 

삼중테크 관계자는 "향후 국내 PSD의 총 시장규모는 1조 7000억원 정도로 추산되며, 정부 법령에 의한 지하철 승강장내 PSD 설치 의무화 시행으로 수익성 면에서도 큰 기여가 예상된다"고 전망했다.
