카타르 메사이드(Mesaieed) 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 생산 플랜트 프로젝트 입찰 동향...한국건설사 참여

 

8월 첫째 주까지 입찰 마감일 연장

 

   카타르 국영 Qatar Petrochemical Company(Qapco)는 카타르 Mesaieed Industrial City에 계획된 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 생산 플랜트의 상업입찰 마감일을 8월 첫째 주까지 연장했다.

MEED Projects가 처음 입수한 정보에 따르면 6월에 기술 입찰을 제출한 6개 외국 건설사가 상업입찰서를 제출할 것으로 예상된다.

 

기술입찰서를 제출한 기업은 다음과 같다.

 

Samsung Engineering(한국) / Consolidated Contractors Company(레바논)

Tecnicas Reunidas(스페인)

Hyundai E&C(한국)

Maire Tecnimont(이탈리아)

Wison Engineering(중국)

CTCI Corporation(대만)

 

Qapco는 2020년 5월에 입찰 초청장을 처음 발행했으며, 기술 입찰은 일련의 지연과 기한 연장을 거쳐 제출되었다.

 

이 프로젝트의 가치는 5억 달러로 추산되며 시공에 3년이 걸릴 것으로 예상된다.

 

 

프로젝트 작업 범위는 다음과 같다.

 

Construction of an electrolysis unit

Construction of a chlorination unit

Construction of an ethylene dichloride (EDC) purification unit

Construction of additional warehouses

Construction of allied utilities

Construction of a stripping unit

Construction of a storage tank

Installation of a drier

Installation of silos

Installation of centrifuge

Installation of a polymerisation reactor

Installation of an EDC cracker

Installation of related machinery
