LTA awards $980 million contract for Cross Island Line Pasir Ris station
SINGAPORE - Construction works for Pasir Ris station on the Cross Island Line (CRL) are slated to start in the fourth quarter this year, with the station scheduled to open in 2030.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) on Monday (April 26) awarded a $980 million contract to Daewoo Engineering & Construction and Dongah Geological Engineering.
The Korean joint venture will design and build Pasir Ris interchange station and its tunnels, as well as make necessary changes to the existing Pasir Ris station on the East-West Line.

싱가포르 크로스아일랜드 선(CRL)의 파시르 리스 역 건설공사가 올해 4분기에 시작될 예정이며, 2030년에 개통된다.
대우건설과 동아지질 등 한국 합작사는 파시르 리스 역 터널을 설계하고 건설할 것이다.
싱가포르 육상운송공사(LTA)는 26일 대우건설과 동아지질공사와 9억8000만 달러 규모의 계약을 체결했다.
한국 건설사들은 환승역 터널을 설계하고 건설할 뿐만 아니라, 기존의 동서 선의 파시르 리스(Pasir Ris) 역에 필요한 부분을 개선할 예정이다.
