엘살바도르 전력청(CEL)은 10.21(수) Acelhuate강 바이오가스 발전소 건설을 위한 설계용역 입찰계획을 공고했다.
CEL opens contest for the design of a biogas electricity generation plant in the Acelhuate River BNamericas The investment will cost US$36 million and the plant will be located in the area of Ciudad Delgado, in San Salvador, which will allow for the treatment of 70% of the wastewater of the San Salvador Metropolitan Area discharged into the river. The head of the Executive Hydroelectric Commission of the Lempa River (CEL), Daniel Alvarez, together with the presidential commissioner for strategic projects, Luis Rodriguez, and the presidential commissioner for water, Frederick Benitez, opened the international public tender today for the design of the biogas electricity generation plant on the Acelhuate River.

지난 3월 CEL은 수도 산살바도르 지역을 가로지르는 Acelhuate강에 하수처리장 신축과 처리 공정에서 발생하는 바이오가스를 활용해 2.85GW 규모의 발전 시설을 설치하고, 태양광(1.9GW) 및 소규모 수력(0.45GW) 등의 복합 발전 시스템을 갖춘 신규 발전소 건설게획을 발표했다.
총 사업규모는 3천2백만불로 예상되며 2022년말 가동을 목표로 하고 있다.

카메룬, 600MW Chollet 수력발전댐 프로젝트 추진동향
CR 보도(‘20.10.27)에 따르면, Chollet 수력발전댐 건설 프로젝트 예비조사가 2021년 1/4분기에 진행될 것으로 예상된다고 전해진다. 사업 비는 3,500억∼6,700 세파 프랑으로 추정된다.

이번 사업은 카메룬 남부와 콩고 국경지역에 위치한 Dja 강어귀에 들어설 600MW급 Chollet 수력발전댐을 건설하는 프로젝트로 콩고와 카메룬을 연결하는 송전선로 설치작업도 포함하고 있다.
댐에서 생산된 전력은 양국을 비롯한 중앙아프리카, 가봉 등 주변국에게도 공급될 계획이다.

CAMEROON-CONGO: the 600 MW hydroelectric project on the Dja/Ngoko river relaunched in 2021? The Cameroonian and Congolese authorities have had the desire to revive the Chollet hydroelectric project in the drawers for almost a decade. With an expected capacity of 600 MW, the project will be developed on the Dja/Ngoko river. Are we heading towards the relaunch of the Chollet hydroelectric project? The Cameroonian and Congolese authorities have just discussed the issue during a videoconference organised by the project’s Interstate Steering Committee. The online event mobilized the energy ministers of Cameroon and Congo. Among the resolutions of this meeting is the launching of technical and financial studies that could start in the first quarter of 2021. But before then, Cameroonian President Paul Biya and his Congolese counterpart Denis Sassou-Nguesso are expected to give their agreements for the relaunch of this project in the boxes since 2010. According to the Interstate Steering Committee of the Chollet hydroelectric development project, the installations will be carried out in several phases. After the environmental and financial studies, it will be necessary to look into the financial mobilisation, as well as the construction of the dam and the hydroelectric power station of Chollet.
