카자흐, 하수처리시설 현대화를 위해 7.7억불 투자 계획
불Liter.kz(2020.10.27)에 따르면, 산업인프라부 Atamkulov 장관은 2021년부터 53개 도시에서 하수처리시설 신설 및 현대화 사업을 추진할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

또한 Atamkulov 장관은 아시아개발은행, 유럽부흥개발은행 등 국제금융기관으로부터 3,300억 텡게(7.7억불) 규모의 차관 지원에 대한 협상을 마무리하였다고 덧붙였다.
우선, Balkhash, Zhanatas, Zhezkazgan, Satpaev, Stepnogorsk 등 5개 도시의 하수처리시설 현대화 사업을 ADB 차관(9,300만불)으로 추진할 계획이며, 현재 타당성조사 및 평가가 완료된 상황이다. Aktobe, Ayagoz, Kapshagay, Karaganda, Prishkhtinsk, Ridder 등 6개 도시의 하수처리시설 현대화 사업이 EBRD 차관(2.1억불)으로 추진되며, 타당성조사는 완료되었고 현재 관계 부처에서 평가 중이다.

카자흐, EBRD, 100MW 풍력발전소 건설 지원
Lsm.kz(2020.10.26)에 따르면 EBRD(유럽은행) 는 카자흐스탄 Zhatanas 지역에 100MW급 규모의 풍력발전소 건설을 지원할 계획이다.

이번 프로젝트의 총 사업비는 9,530만불로 알려졌으며, 이 중 EBRD는 '카자흐스탄 신재생에너지 자금지원 II 단계'에 따라 2,480만불을 지원할 계획이다.
또한, AIIB는 3,430만불, 중국 ICBC는 1,330만불 및 GCF(Green Climate Fund)는 2,290만불을 지원한다.
한편, 카자흐스탄은 '20년 1월부터 9월초까지 총 설비규모 432MW에 달하는 신재생에너지 발전소를 완공하였고 연말까지 추가 260MW급의 발전설비를 건설할 계획이다.
