페루, MVCS, 2020-2022 물분야 PPP사업 18건 추진

페루 주택건설수도부(MVCS)는 Resolución Ministerial 252-2020- VIVIENDA(10.13)를 통해 2020년부터 2022년까지 추진예정인 PPP사업 18건(Co-finance 13건, 사업자 자체금융 5건)을 확정하였다. 총 사업규모는 82억솔(약 23억불)이며, 상수공급, 하수처리, 담수화플랜트 등이 포함되어 있다.

En Perú hay 18 proyectos potenciales de saneamiento por S/ 8,193 millones Beneficiarían a 10 millones de peruanos, según informe multianual de inversiones de asociaciones público privadas El Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS) aprobó su Informe Multianual de Inversiones en Asociaciones Público Privadas 2020-2022 en el sector saneamiento, en el cual se identificaron 18 potenciales proyectos de inversión bajo la referida modalidad, los que beneficiarían a 10 millones de peruanos. Estos proyectos, que serían adjudicados en los próximos tres años, requerirán una inversión aproximada de 8,193 millones de soles. Cabe resaltar que una de las estrategias de inversión del MVCS para contribuir al cierre de brechas de cobertura y calidad de los servicios de saneamiento es la promoción de proyectos a través del mecanismo de asociaciones público privadas (APP). 멕시코, 고속도로 PPP 사업 입찰 준비

멕시코 정부는 총 206억 페소(약 10억불)을 투자하여, 소노라 북부, 산루이스 포토시, 코아우일라, 누에보레온주를 연결하는 고속도로 입찰을 준비하고 있음.
멕시코개발은행 Banobras의 사업관리 사이트인 Mexico Projects Hub에 따르면, 사업은 ‘21년에 시작될 예정이며, 각각 약 100km의 고속도로는 PPP 모델로 입찰될 예정으로, 교통통신부는 민간에 양허를 제공할 계획이지만 양허 기간은 공개되지 않았음.

Mexico preps US$1bn PPP highway tenders With combined planned investment of 20.6bn pesos (US$1bn), Mexico is preparing two tenders for highways connecting the northern states of Sonora, San Luis Potosí, Coahuila and Nuevo León.
The communications and transportation ministry (SCT) will award a concession to the private sector, but the duration is not yet known. BNamericas provides a preliminary look at the highways. INTERSERRANA HIGHWAY The 103km highway will link two existing parallel highways connecting the states of San Luis Potosí, Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas. The new highway will only cross the first three states, however. INTERSERRANA HIGHWAY
103km 연장의 고속도로로 San Luis Potosí, Coahuila, Nuevo León 및 Tamaulipas 주를 연결하는 2개의 기존 고속도로와 연결될 예정으로 고속도로 건설, 운영 및 유지에 필요한 투자 비용은 190억 페소(약 9억불)임.
4차선으로 건설될 고속도로는 49개의 다리와 340m의 터널이 포함되며 국경지역의 화물 운송 환경을 개선하는 역할을 할 것으로 예상됨.
입찰 일정은 미발표된 상태지만, ‘21년 9월에 건설을 시작하여, ’25년 8월에 운영될 것임.
ALTAR-SÁSABE HIGHWAY
교통통신부(SCT)는 16억 페소(약 0.8억불) ‘21년에 소노라주의 Altar와 Sásabe 국경 지자체를 연결하는 95km의 고속도로 설계, 건설, 운영 및 유지관리하는 사업의 PPP 입찰을 계획하고 있음.
Banobras 홈페이지에 따르면 ‘21년 3월에 착공할 예정으로 100km/h의 속도로 2차선 고속도로가 설계되어야 하며, 9월에 EIS(환경영향평가)를 완료했음.
