두바이 도로교통국은 두바이 시내(벌 두바이~데이라)를 지나는 알 이티하드교량사업 PQ심사를 위한 초청장을 발송했다. PQ 제출 기한은 이달 말일까지다.
길이 420m의 기존 플로팅 교량을 대체하는 또 올 연말 착공을 목표로 하는 이 사업의 입찰은 11월 예정이다.
2018년초에 개통을 목표로 하고 있으며 공사기간 중 하나 이상의 프로젝트가 추가로 발주될 예정이다.
교량 공법으로는 데이라측에 1,400m의 프리캐스트 세그멘탈 박스거더 공법이 적용되며 프리캐스트와 현장타설 공법이 병행될 예정이다. 이와 함께 미를 강조한 스틸아치도 적용될 예정이다.
알 이티하드 교량의 공사비는 약 3억불로 예상되고 있으며 추후 시종점측으로 추가 연장될 계획이다.
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has invited contractors to prequalify for the construction of the Al Ittihad bridge project across Dubai Creek.
Prequalification documents are expected to be submitted by 23 July, 2014.
Tenders for the construction of the 420-metre-long bridge are scheduled to be issued in October, with work to be launched by the end of the year.
The project, scheduled for opening in early 2018, is expected to be awarded in one or more contracts, with the construction period extending over three years from the day of award.
Designs for the bridge mean that a segmental construction technique will be necessary, with a 1,400m segmental twin box girder bridge on the Deira side of the project.
Work on the bridge will also require construction of an aesthetic steel arch, along with underpasses, ramps, interchanges, cut-and-cover tunnels, road works, utility relocations, bridge lighting, landscaping and land reclaiming.
The project is intended to replace the floating bridge and will support 12 lanes of traffic connecting Bur Dubai to Deira.
