Photo Manipulations Combine Multiple Celebrities to Create Beautiful, Imaginary People

There’s something that’s slightly off about every one of these celebrity portraits. In fact, they're not celebrities at all, but are actually gorgeous, fake people. DeviantArt user Pedro Berg Johnsen (aka ThatNordicGuy) combined two to three photographs of movie stars and musicians for each portrait, using a combination of their best physical traits to form one beautiful person.

The results of these fusions are often subtle, as Johnsen uses his expert handling of photo manipulation to seamlessly blend each individual’s defining features. World-famous recording artist Taylor Swift has her signature hairstyle mixed with actress Emma Watson’s deep brown eyes and slight smirk. The unlikely pairing of these female icons look flawless, and the artist uses his talents to combine male stars, too. You wouldn’t expect Colin Farrell’s head shot to be fused with Arnold Schwarzenegger, but it makes for a handsome, rugged pairing. It, along with the other portraits, are a playful homage to some of our favorite stars.
