세계최대 건설사 중 하나인 독일호티에프의 자회사 호티에프비콘이 카타르 도하의 또하나의 메트로 프로젝트를 수주했다. 이번에는 BIM프로젝트다. RLR JV 컨소시엄은 호티에프비콘을 포함해 이태리 리자니데에케르사와 한국의 롯데건설, 카타르의 레드코사로 구성되어 있다. 2014년 세계건설사 순위 8위인 호티에프는 역시 글로벌 건설사인 레이튼홀딩스(세계13위)와 미국 터너사의 지분을 보유하고 있기도 하다. 이번에 수주한 총 연장 6.7km 레드라인 메트로 북부선(고가와 지상부)은 루사일 경전철에서 웨스트베이 경유 므셰이레브까지로 이 노선에는 2개의 중요한 도하메트로 정거장으로 구성되어 있으며 고가부의 카타르대역과 지상부의 루사일센터역이 있다. 작년 말에 공사가 착수됐으며 공기는 3년 예정이다. 현재 한국의 롯데건설, SK건설이 시공에 참여하고 있다.. 이번 BIM프로젝트를 수주한 호티에프비콘은 미확정된 금액으로 초기 BIM시행의 문서화, 시공계획, 모델링지침 작성 등에 대한 작업을 수행하게 된다. 또한 레드라인프로젝트에 대한 BIM 적용 과 컨소시엄간의 정보교류에도 공조할 것으로 알려졌다. 호티에프비콘은 도하메트로 그린라인(지하부)과 레드라인 남부 프로젝트를 수주한 바 있다. by Ki Chul Hwang Conpaper Editor Distributor 황기철 콘페이퍼 에디터 |

Hochtief ViCon will provide BIM services for Doha Metro through this contract.
Hochtief ViCon has been awarded another Doha Metro project; this time for its BIM capacities. The firm will provide BIM services for the RLR JV – a consortium comprising Rizzani de Eccher of Italy, Korea’s Lotte Engineering & Construction, and Redco of Qatar. With an overall length of 6.7 km, the Red Line North EAG (Elevated and At-Grade) runs from a connection with Lusail’s light-rail line to Msheireb via West Bay. The line includes two significant Doha Metro stations; Qatar University on the elevated section and the Lusail Centre on the at-grade section. Work on this metro project started at the end of 2014 and will take three years for completion. ViCon’s scope of services on this project , to be provided at an undisclosed sum, involves initial BIM implementation documents, comprising an implementation plan and the modeling guidelines. ViCon will coordinate the BIM introduction on the project and initiate collaboration between the various participants within the JV.
