Introduction
IDA drives a wide array of smart initiatives to improve the lives of citizens through better public service delivery and greater day-to-day convenience. These projects cover a wide variety of applications - from building a core resilient infrastructure that supplies timely information to improving the availability of high speed connectivity across the nation. This Industry Roundtable (IR) is part of our undertaking to develop Singapore into a Smart Nation. As part of this endeavour, IDA will further develop capabilities in pervasive connectivity and new infrastructure to enable government agencies to better leverage on technology. 싱가포르 정보통신개발청(IDA), 2015년 이전 1000여 개 센서 발주계획 발표 싱가포르 정부는 싱가포르 ICT 산업의 10년간 마스터 플랜인 ‘iN 2015’의 성과를 바탕으로 싱가포르의 Smart Nation으로 이행을 위한 첫 단계로 Smart Nation Platform(SNP)을 구축할 예정이며, 이 단계에서 센서 인프라를 구축할 계획 센서는 공기와 수질, 교통 등에 관한 정보를 수집해 각계 관련 기관에 정보를 보내는 역할 센서를 통해 수집된 정보는 버스 정류장 등의 공공시설물에 설치될 Above Ground(AG) 상자에 보내지며 이렇게 수집된 정보는 관련한 기관에 보내짐. 참고로 SNP 구축은 두 단계로 나뉘어 진행될 예정 - 첫 단계에서는 연결성과 센서 관련한 부분에 초점을 두어 일부 지역에 구축할 계획 - 두 번째 단계에서는 보안 및 데이터 보호 관련 사항에 초점을 두되 전국 규모로 센서 네트워크 구축 확대 시사점 및 전망 2015년 이전에 발주될 것이라고 발표됐으나 확실한 시점은 공개되지 않음. 2015년까지 약 한 달 남짓 남았으므로 곧 발주가 나올 것으로 예상 발주와 관련한 자세한 정보 및 신청은 GeBiz(https://www.gebiz.gov.sg/)에서 가능할 것 자료원: The Straits Times, KOTRA 싱가포르 무역관 내부 자료
