중국 신종코로나 급속 확산…사망 400명·확진 2만명 돌파

    중국에서 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(신종코로나)의 누적 사망자와 확진자가 각각 400명과 2만명을 넘어서면서 확산세가 커지고 있다.

China: Coronavirus death toll spikes

Chinese health officials have confirmed the number of fatalities has reached 425, with Hubei, the province at the epicenter of the outbreak, hardest hit. Over 20,400 people have been infected nationwide.
China's National Health Commission reported Tuesday that the nationwide total of coronavirus infections had reached 20,438, with 3,235 new cases confirmed.

 

Additionally, health officials said 2,345 of the new infections were in Hubei, bringing the total in the hard-hit province to 13,522. Hubei's death toll also rose to 414, with a further 64 fatalities reported in the province that has been in lockdown for weeks.

4일 중국중앙TV에 따르면 후베이성은 지난 3일 하루 동안 신종 코로나 확진자가 2345명, 사망자는 64명이었다.

새로 늘어난 확진자와 사망자는 우한에서만 각각 1242명과 48명이 나왔다.

4일 0시 기준 후베이성 전체의 누적 확진자는 1만3522명, 사망자는 414명을 기록했다.1567명은 중태며 576명은 매우 위독한 상태다.

이에 따라 잠시 뒤 발표되는 중국 전체 집계에서 신종 코로나 누적 사망자는 400명, 확진자는 2만명을 각각 넘어설 것으로 추정된다.
