K-Pop legends BTS had quite the night at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards. The Bangtan Boys — Jin, V, J-Hope, Jungkook, Suga, Jimin, and RM — rocked Alexander McQueen ensembles during the evening as they danced to great music, performed "Boy With Luv" with Halsey, and even took home the BBMAs for Top Duo/Group and Top Social Artist.

The BTS ARMY was in rare form during BBMAs, noticing even the smallest fun scenes involving BTS. Below, we rounded up our favorites, and we think BTS can call it an evening well spent.

1. BTS's Group Hugs When They Won Top Duo/Group

When BTS's name was called for the Duo/Group award, the boys immediately jumped to their feet, looking shocked and excited. The energy of the win naturally led to some iconic group hugging, which was quickly celebrated by fans. "LOOK AT THEIR SMILES AND GROUP HUGS!!! THEY'RE JUST SO PRECIOUS," a viewer wrote on Twitter.

     

2. Their Speech About Achieving Their Dreams

BTS fans were intensely moved by what RM said during the group's speech accepting their award. An excerpt: "We're still the same boys from 6 years ago. We still have the same dreams, we still have the same thoughts. Let's keep dreaming the best dreams together." The win itself also was historic, as one fan noted, "FIRST KOREAN ACT TO WIN TOP DUO/GROUP. BTS!" Talk about inspiring.

3. Tye Sheridan Standing in a Queue to Meet BTS (Behind Sophie Turner)

Of course, BTS attending the show meant that a lot of fellow celebs also got to express their fandom for the group. In addition to taking a selfie with Terry Crews, BTS found themselves in the middle of very excited cluster of famous people. The best moment came when a fan caught Dark Phoenix star Tye Sheridan waiting to get into the inner circle — and being blocked by none other than Sophie Turner.

4. Joe Jonas Serenading BTS

In addition to meeting BTS briefly during the ceremony, the Jonas Brothers also took a minute to sing directly to the group during their own medley of past and current songs. During "Cake By the Ocean," Joe leaned his mic towards BTS as he sang, and BTS definitely was here for it. Joe later tweeted the moment, saying, "BTS By The Ocean." Appropriate.

5. BTS Praising and Encouraging V About His English

During a red carpet interview, V spoke a few words in English about the group's performance and the successful year they had — he was encouraged by his band members, including RM. "Every moment is a precious memory," V said. "We're so happy we can be a part of this with our fans." Fans didn't take his bilingual statement lightly. "Finally Taehyung said his line in English," an impressed fan noticed.

6. Jin Bringing His Stuffed Animal Named "RJ"

Hey, you gotta bring comforting items with you to major awards shows, I don't make the rules. For the BBMAs, Jin brought his "son" RJ with him, and don't think any ARMY members missed it. "STOP JIN BROUGHT RJ WITH HIM," a fan proclaimed. Another added, "LMAO JIN BROUGHT HIS SON RJ TO THE BBMAs."

7. The Arrival of "Eatjin"

Another hilarious Jin moment happened during the show when cameras caught Jin munching on some snacks during the ceremony. It's long, OK! As a fan put it, "So Eatjin really happened on BBMAs and got caught on camera! legend behavior."

8. Whatever Is Happening Here...

The group was up to their usual antics on the red carpet, and some images surfaced of sweet moments between Jimin and Jungkook. In one, Jimin is fixing Jungkook's jacket. In another, Jungkook is for some reason kneeling on the ground while Jimin pats him on the shoulder. Just some friends and bandmates having fun together at the Billboard Music Awards!

9. Their Performance of "Boy With Luv" With Halsey

That performance with Halsey, wow. People in the audience laughed, cried, and danced their hearts out after screaming for BTS the entirety of the show. They basically brought the house down, and everything was perfect. The end.
