Marsa Al Arab: 마르사 알 아랍

17억불 프로젝트. 주메이라의 부르즈 알 아랍 인근의 2개의 섬을 연결

2020년 완공 예정

The $1.7bn project will be developed across two islands near Burj Al Arab in Jumeirah by 2020.

Dubai Creek Harbour:  두바이 크리크 하버 프로젝트

The 6sq km project, which will include one of the largest retail districts in the world, will also be home to the world's tallest structure, The Tower.

6km2 지역에  펼쳐지는 프로젝트. 세계 최대의 샵 지역 중의 하나로 현재 건설 중인 세계최고높이 '더타워(The Tower.)가 중심에 서있다.

Emirates Towers Business Park: 에미레이트 타워 비지니스 파크

The project, valued at $1.4bn (AED5bn), will include three five-star hotels and a retail district.

Deira Island: 데이라 아일랜트 프로젝트

The project will have about 1,400 retail units plus a hotel and an amphitheatre. It will also be home to the $1.14bn Deira mall, the largest in terms of shop space.

MGM and Bellagio resort project: MGM 벨라지오 리조트 프로젝트

The beachfront development, which will feature an MGM Hotel, MGM Residences and a Bellagio Hotel, will be located near Burj Al Arab.

비치프론트 프로젝트.  미국의 MGM 호텔과 주거지역 그리고 벨라지오 호텔이 부르즈 알 아랍 인근에 건립된다.
