냉장고에 있는 플라스틱 우유병은 생각보다 매우 강하다.

미 럿거스공대의 재료과학공학과 토머스 노스커 교수는 재활용한 우유병과 

차량 범퍼 등으로 교량을 건설하는 기술을 세계 최초로 개발했다. 

재료비 등 공사비와 유지비용도 적게든다.

The plastic jug of milk in your refrigerator is stronger than you think. Rutgers' Thomas Nosker, a professor of materials science and engineering, has developed a way to use the plastic from recycled milk jugs and car bumpers to build bridges. The material is cheaper than using timber or concrete and steel and requires less maintenance.
