건설산업에서 3D 콘크리트 프린트는 예전에도 있었지만 

이번에 네덜란드에서 개발된 'CyB RC 3Dp'는 러버 도저타입 궤도를 따라

미는 시스템으로는 세계 최초로 개발된 신형  3D 콘크리트 프린터다.

그러나 아직 최적의 기능은 아니지만

그동안 3D 하수처리구조물 제작 등 여러 공사에 사용되어 왔다.

1시간내 지지력이 나오는 조기 양생아 가능한 모르터를 사용해 1인치가 조금 

넘는 두께의 층들을 찍어낼 수 있으며 2.4m정도로 프린트 범위를 조정하기 위해 

바퀴 역할을 하는 언더캐리지를 확장할 수도 있다.

가동에는 두사람이 참여한다.

CyBe사는 2017년 초에  두바이 수전력청(DEWA)DEWA)의 새 시험실 건설에 

사용할 계획도 가지고 있다.

시공자가 건설현장에서 구조물 벽체, 바닥, 거푸집 과 하수처리 구조물을 시공할 수 

있도록  하는 것이 CyBe사의 목표다.

It isn't the first 3D concrete printer invented for the construction industry, but Netherlands-based CyBe Construction's CyBe RC 3Dp is the first 3D concrete printing system that propels itself along on rubber dozer-type tracks. 

Best yet, it works. The CyBe RC 3Dp has been used in several projects including 3D printing concrete sewer pits.

With the use of CyBe's printable mortar - a fast-drying concrete product that will be load-bearing within an hour - the tracked printer can print layers a little over an inch thick. The RC 3Dp can extend its undercarriage to increase its range to about 8 feet.

The electric unit takes two people to operate. Early in 2017, the CyBe company is taking their new tracked 3D concrete printer to Dubai to build a new lab for the Dubai Electrical and Water Authority.  

CyBe's goal is to make it possible for contractors to build walls, floors, formworks, sewer and water structures onsite.
