최근 프로젝트 인프라시설부분을 완료했다.

Sharjah-based developer Tilal Properties announced it has completed selected intial works at its Tilal City development. 

The $653.4m (AED2.4bn) project, under development in Sharjah, was launched last year. 

Works completed at the project site include the initial laying of arterial road, with work on secondary roads currently under progress.

Haysam Jazairi, business development executive diirector at Tilal Properties, said: “Excellent progress has been made at Tilal City over the past 12 months. 

"The completion of the initial phase of roadworks has also paved the way for other significant developments such as the installation of water and sewage pipelines and electric cable.

"We are in excellent shape to be ready to hand over Zone A and C at the end of next year," Jazairi added. 

The mixed-use community in Sharjah comprises 1,855 land plots, and is open for purchase or lease to GCC nationals and residents of the UAE. 

Split across five zones (A to E), Tilal City's master-plan spans 25 million sqf, and offers affordable housing for between 55,000 and 65,000 residents across apartments, villas, and townhouses. 

Non-Arab expats can purchase plots on a 100-year leasehold basis. 

Freehold land plots are available for GCC nationals and the UAE's Arab residents. 

Tilal City is situated 10km from Sharjah International Airport.
