Babies and puppies aren't usual bedfellows, but this newborn looks happily snug with nine tiny dogs wrapped around him while they all take a snooze in a basket.
Kami Klingbeil, from California, decided to arrange the quirky photoshoot after giving birth to Brydon just hours after the family’s dog, Delia, welcomed nine little pups into their home.
The photos, taken by Teresa Raczynski of Park Avenue Photography, were shot only six days after the double-timed births took place.

In one picture Brydon is comfortably wrapped up in a homemade puppy blanket, with all nine canines snuggling against him as they snooze contently.
Dog Delia was meant to give birth two days before owner Kami was induced, but the family’s heavily pregnant Labrador Poodle cross waited it out so her delivery day matched up perfectly with her owner’s.
Speaking about the family’s pleasant surprise Kami told Inside Edition: ‘We had no idea it was going to happen.’
When the new mum departed for the hospital, Delia was relaxing, peacefully unaware of the madness taking place around her.

Several hours later Kami’s dad, who had been looking after the dog at their house, called the hospital to deliver the news of the timely arrival.
After speaking with her photographer friend Raczynski, the idea to pair the pups with her son Brydon for a photo shoot came together.
Kami said her son adored taking part: ‘He loved it. He was hating pictures but we started putting the puppies on top of him and he loved cuddling them.’
Two of the pictures depict the black litter of nine and Brydon together, while the other two images show the baby and his buddies snapped separately.
In one photo the baby, cradled by a wicker basket, is joined by his puppy pals for a nap while in another snap he flies solo, wrapped in a beige blanket on a light blue rug.
After Raczynski’s uploaded the photos to her Facebook page the comments flooded in.
Melanie Mitcham Watts enthusiastically labelled the pictures as: ‘ADORABLE’, while Beth Patton remarked: ‘Sweet, Nice picture!’

Kami and her husband, who also have a 17-month-old, have decided to keep one of the female puppies but the others will be moving onto pastures new.
This isn't the first account of an adorable puppy-baby pair, both born on the same day, being pictured together.
In August Chicago based photographer Ivette Ivens bought a French bulldog purely because his birthday matched up with her baby son Dilan.
In an interview with the Daily Mail she said: 'I saw Farley's birth date and just knew it's meant to be.
'It's honestly the most loving connection - pure, unconditional, irreplaceable and inseparable.'
