부동산개발사 '더비즈링크', 1조원대 필리핀 바탄자유무역항 지역개발사업 추진 比 대통령 직속기관 FAB와 MOA 체결  지역내 IT빌딩·복합쇼핑몰·상업지구 개발진행   IT학교 설립 전문인력 年1천명 배출…기업이익 지역사회 환원    글로벌부동산투자개발회사인 더비즈링크가 필리핀 바탄자유무역항지역 개발기관(FAB)과 1조원 규모의 바탄자유무역항지역개발사업을 추진키로 합의했다.  글로벌 부동산 투자개발회사인 주식회사 더비즈링크(대표 김범진)는 29일 자회사인 더비즈링크 필리핀(법인장 비질리오 파구라얀)이 총 1조원 규모의 필리핀 바탄자유무역항 지역개발사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다. 앞서 더비즈링크 필리핀은 지난 26일 바탄주 발랑가시에서 필리핀 대통령 직속 바탄자유무역항 지역개발기관인 FAB(Freeport Area of Bataan)와 MOA체결식을 가진바 있다. 회사측에 따르면 바탄지역은 마닐라만(Manila Bay)입구에 위치해 메트로 마닐라(Metro Manila)와 인접한 지리적 이점을 갖고 있으며 핵심적 산업활동과 지속적 성장이 기대되는 지역이다.      시행사로 참여하는 더비즈링크는 이번 MOA에 따라 바탄 자유무역항 지역내에 IT빌딩(블록체인, 게임산업 등), 복합쇼핑몰, 상업지구등 1조원 규모의 개발사업을 진행하게 된다.                                 글로벌부동산투자개발회사인 더비즈링크가 필리핀 바탄자유무역항지역 개발                               기관(FAB)과 1조원 규모의 바탄자유무역항지역개발사업을 추진키로 합의했다 또한 필리핀 국민을 위한 IT 전문학교를 설립해 매년 1000명의 전문인력을 배출하는 등 기업이익의 지역사회 환원을 위한 지속가능한 시스템을 도입하기로 했다고 덧붙였다.    엠마누엘 피네다(Emmanuel Pineda) FAB회장은 “더비즈링크 개발사업을 통해 약 1만여개의 일자리가 창출될 것”이라며 “한국의 우수한 기술력을 바탕으로 선진화된 인프라 도입을 기대한다”고 밝혔다.  한편 더비즈링크는 필리핀에서 교량, 항만, 케이블카,간척 등 다양한 부동산개발사업을 진행하고 있으며 펀딩 전문회사인 시너지 컨설팅과의 협업을 통해 추진력을 높여 나가고 있다.  【서울=뉴시스】김가윤 기자 =】yoon@newsis.com

FAB Chairman Emmanuel Pineda made the announcement during the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MOA) on Wednesday between FAB and The BizLink, Phils., Inc., represented by its president Virgilio Pagulayan.

BizLink is a Korean firm with subsidiaries in various parts of the world.

“It is the 137th company in the Bataan freeport. Definitely, it is among if not one of the biggest investors in FAB,” Pineda said. “It will invest $1 billion or around P54 billion.”

Pineda said the firm would generate 10,000 jobs upon full completion of its projects in three sites.

BizLink will build a multi-storey Information Technology building which will house an IT school that intends to have 1,000 graduates every year.

It will also develop a 26-hectare property into a mixed-use complex.

“I will see to it that with the help of the people around me, we will deliver what is expected of us,” Pagulayan said.

FAB presently has 41,000 workers in 136 multi-national companies. (PNA)
