Vinyl Record-Inspired Bathroom Sinks Will Have You Dancing While Brushing Your Teeth

Music lovers with an affinity for the vintage vinyl sound are going to love the new turntable-inspired Vinyl collection by Olympia Ceramica. Designed by the brand’s artistic director Gianluca Paludi, the new line of bathroom sinks are modeled on a mix between ‘70s record player consoles and DJ setups.

이탈리아 욕실 디자인 회사 올림피아 세라미카(Olympia Ceramica)의

디자이너 지안루카 팔루디(Gianluca Paludi)가 만들었다.

턴테이블로 치면 톤암은 수도꼭자로 볼륨 조절 버튼은 수압과 온도조절에 사용된다.

세면대 용도이지만 턴테이블 모양의 욕실의 분위기는 한결 더 부드러워졌다.

Although the concept might sound like a novel take on vintage design, the collection’s aesthetic is modern and elegant. Made in a variety of sizes and colors, each piece features a wooden base with recessed sink basins. Resembling a retro sound system, vinyl artwork is featured in the center of the basin; the sink’s faucet mimics a stylus; and taps, styled as “volume” knobs can be used to adjust the water flow and temperature.

The stylish sink also includes a shelf for storage, a towel bar, a leather toiletry bag, and even an LED mirror featuring lights that resemble an audio equalizer. The best part? Each piece also comes equipped with built-in bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while you brush your teeth. What a great way to start the day!
