강남 ‘더펜트하우스 청담’ 공시가 163억 1위
15년간 1위 서초 트라움하우스
공시가 73억… 2위로 밀려나
올해 전국 최고가 아파트는 서울 강남구 청담동 ‘더펜트하우스 청담’(사진)으로 조사됐다.
18일 국토교통부에 따르면 더펜트하우스 청담(전용면적 407m²)의 올해 공시가격은 163억2000만 원으로 전국 공동주택 공시가격 중 가장 비쌌다. 지난해 입주를 시작한 단지로 공동주택 공시가격이 100억 원을 넘긴 첫 사례가 됐다.
더펜트하우스 청담은 청담동 호텔 엘루이 부지에 지어진 고급 빌라로 3개동 29채로 이뤄졌다. 2017년 분양 당시 최고층 펜트하우스의 가격이 200억 원에 달했고, 다른 층도 100억 원 내외로 팔렸다. 한강 조망이 가능하고 입주자에게 호텔식 서비스가 제공되는 것으로 알려졌다.
2006년부터 지난해까지 15년 동안 최고가 아파트였던 서초구 서초동 트라움하우스 5차(273m²)의 공시가격은 올해 72억9800만 원으로 공시가 순위에서 2위로 내려앉았다. 지난해(69억9200만 원)보다 약 3억 원 올랐다.
강남구 청담동 ‘효성빌라 청담101’ A동(247m²)이 70억6400만 원으로 뒤를 이었다. 지난해(58억4000만 원)보다 공시가격이 12억 원 이상 급등하며 올해 공시가격 상위 10개 단지 중 전년 대비 가장 많이 올랐다.
강남구 삼성동 ‘삼성동 상지리츠빌 카일룸’(273m²)이 70억3900만 원으로 4위에 올랐고 도곡동 ‘상지리츠빌 카일룸’(214m²)은 70억1100만 원으로 5위를 차지했다. 두 곳 모두 전년 대비 7억 원가량 올랐다. 지난해 2위(65억6800만 원)였던 용산구 한남동 한남더힐(244m²) 공시가는 올해 70억100만 원으로 순위가 6위로 밀렸다.

We revisited our list of the "Top 10 Most Prestigious Buildings in New York City." and expanded it to 25. This updated list shows that the wave of the super high-end real estate that has washed ashore over the last decade has usurped many of the older Trump buildings from the 90s and 80s and well some stalwart pre-wars condo conversions such as the Residences of the Ritz Carlton on Central Park South. Even still, a few turn-of-the-century gems such as The Plaza and the Woolworth Residences make strong showings, while several of the newest towers unabashedly pay homage to pre-war stylings.
Putting architecture aside, all of the buildings rise in enviable locations, offer magnificent views, and are unequivocally “full-service.” While some older buildings may no longer have the complete laundry list of gadgets and amenities, there is little doubt that their residents, when home, are well pampered.
