모더나 "코로나19 백신 초기 임상시험서 전원 항체반응"

     미국 제약사 모더나가 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 백신 개발을 위한 초기 임상 시험에서 실험 대상자 전원에게서 항체를 형성하는 데 성공했다고 밝혔다고 로이터통신이 14일(현지시간) 보도했다.

의학저널 뉴잉글랜드저널오브메디슨(NEJM)에 공개된 이번 시험 결과에 따르면 지원자 중 심각한 부작용을 호소한 이는 없었다.

다만 약물을 2차 투여받거나 많은 양의 투여를 받은 대상을 중심으로 절반 이상이 피로감, 두통, 오한, 근육통 등 경미한 반응을 보였다.
