씨에스윈드(CS wind), 1,532억 원 규모 지멘스 가메사 풍력발전타워 공급계약 체결
지난해 매출액 30.5% 해당
지멘스 가메사 대만 640MW 규모 해상풍력발전타워 수주
씨에스윈드는 글로벌 풍력발전기 제조업체 지멘스 가메사 재생에너지(Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S)와 1,532억 원 규모의 풍력발전타워 공급계약을 체결했다고 7일 밝혔다. 이는 지난해 매출액의 30.5%에 해당하는 규모다.
이번 계약에 따라 회사는 오는 10월부터 2020년 9월까지 베트남법인과 중국법인에서 생산하는 풍력발전타워를 북유럽, 중동, 북미, 대만 지역 풍력발전단지에 공급하게 된다.

Siemens Gamesa wins 640MW Taiwan offshore wind contract June 3, 2019 0 Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) has received a firm order Germany’s wpd offshore to supply the 640 megawatt (MW) Yunlin offshore wind power plant in Taiwan. Located approximately six kilometers from shore in the Taiwan Strait, the plant will feature 80 Siemens Gamesa SG 8.0-167 DD offshore wind turbines. This first firm order in Asia Pacific (APAC) for the SG 8.0-167 DD also includes a 15-year long-term service agreement.
Construction is expected to start later in 2019. “We are extremely satisfied that the preferred supplier agreement we reached with wpd offshore one year ago has materialized into a firm order. It is furthermore encouraging to be able to introduce the SG 8.0-167 DD in APAC with an order of this volume. There is an increasing number of such sizeable opportunities in the region, and we are looking forward to contributing further to the growth of offshore wind in this part of the world,” says Andreas Nauen, CEO of the Offshore Business Unit at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. As announced in October 2018, the project will feature localized towers in 2021, via CS Wind and Chin Fong Machine Industrial’s partnership in Taichung harbor. 이번 계약은 구매자와 공급자에게 계약 의무를 강제할 수 없었던 기존의 계약과는 달리, 공급 물량에 대해 법적 구속력을 갖는 기본공급계약(FA, Frame Agreement)의 형태로 체결됐다. 수요 초과의 시장 상황에서 타워 물량을 안정적으로 확보하기 위한 조건으로 공급 물량 확정을 통해 실적 가시성을 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

또 생산 법인이 특정됐던 기존과 달리 이번 계약에서는 두 법인을 대상으로 유연하게 생산물량을 배정할 수 있고, 조기에 생산계획을 수립할 수 있다.
김성권 씨에스윈드 대표는 "우호적 시장 여건을 반영한 이번 계약을 통해 2020년 매출 1조 원 달성을 눈앞에 뒀다"며 "지속적인 혁신을 통해 더욱 압도적인 경쟁력을 갖춘 회사로 도약할 것"이라고 말했다.
