1982년에 첫 상영된 애니메이션 단편영화 'The Snowman'의

타이틀곡. 1981년 하워드블래이크가 작곡하고 디클랜 갈브레이스가

9살의 나이에 녹음했다.

1992년에 조지 윈스턴이 'Forest' 라는 타이틀로 레코딩 후 1996년

뉴에이지부문 그래미상을 수상했다.

1982년 상영되어 세계적인 찬사를 받은 27분짜리 애니메이션 단편영화.

1978년 영국의 해미시 해밀튼에 의해 출판된 후 레이몬드 브릭스에

의해 대사없는 그림책으로 만들어졌다.

크리스마스 이브에 눈사람을 만드는 영국 어린이에 대한 이야기를 그린

이 영화는1982년 아카데미 최우수 단편 영화부문에 노미네이트됐다.
